Hittin' the ... links
Hello there, folks. I'll be moving into the dorms Tuesday afternoon sometime (I sure hope I don't have to wait around until 7pm, like some 2L said they did last year!). Anybody need help moving stuff, I'm sure I won't be too busy, just gotta' move my own stuff in and arrange my belongings and whatnot, gimme an email: paradox_in_corpus@yahoo.com or call me (817)614-9259.
Anybody else play golf out there? Myself and another 1L, Ralph, are gonna shoot a round on Wednesday. Feel free to join us. Don't know where, though, I've never played any SA courses. But I'm sure we can find some place cheap!! [Including a cart fee, of course, since I'm lazy and I ain't walkin]
See ya down the road.

I do play golf but I won't be around SA on Wednesday. I just thought I would recommend a course just north of SA. It is called Northcliffe and is probably twenty or thirty minutes from St. Mary's. Just get to I-35 and go north to the Cibolo/Hubertus exit, take the exit and the course entrance is on the access road. The last time I played there was over a year ago but I went after 2 o'clock and it only cost me $10 with a cart!!! It is a very nice, challenging course and for the money it is probably the best deal around. My name is Roger but I haven't managed to sign up to post any other way than anonymously. Good Luck
k, cool, $10 huh? sweet, hopefully it's still that cheap. i'll keep the course info in mind....
if u wanna be able to post, email me and i'll send u the invite so u can create a user name/password and all that: paradox_in_corpus@yahoo.com
City courses aren't that bad either. The prices are slightly lower than private courses. Not $10 though. I gotta hit that course. I probably can't play Wed as I played today and am playing Tuesday. Gotta get it out before school starts.
I play as well, but just played on Sunday, so can't tis week. The city course are usually the best deals. I never played Northcliffe, but it sounds great.
There is a nice little executive course called Alamo Golf Center that is not too far from campus. They also have a pitch and put and a nice driving range. The prices are cheap and its well-maintained. Its off of Babcock (near Huebner). Its hard to find b/c its in the middle of a neighborhood. The address is 9700 Rochelle - best to find directions on mapquest.
played Friday, Monday, and Tuesday (today). Trying to get it out of my system before the semester starts. I am quite the sunburned fool.
I could play tomororw if I know what time and where.
We're playing at Breckenridge. 9:30A.
how was golf?
